建設(shè)工程基樁質(zhì)量檢測(cè)動(dòng)靜對(duì)比分析
[摘要] 我市工程樁驗(yàn)收時(shí)往往采用高應(yīng)變動(dòng)力檢測(cè)進(jìn)行抽檢,而高應(yīng)變檢測(cè)是要建立在大量的靜載荷試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行對(duì)比總結(jié),以提高基樁高應(yīng)變動(dòng)力檢測(cè)的精度。我們?cè)诮鼛啄甑墓こ讨,?duì)該方法進(jìn)行了分析匯總及研究,并在實(shí)際工程中推廣應(yīng)用,取得了良好的效果。本文僅列舉其中的4枚試樁動(dòng)靜比對(duì)資料來(lái)反應(yīng)其高應(yīng)變檢測(cè)效果。

[abstract] the our city when acceptance of engineering piles often using high strain dynamic testing sampling inspection, and high strain detection is to be built on a lot of static load test are summarized based on the contrast, in order to improve the foundation pile high strain dynamic testing precision. We in the engineering, the method of the aggregation and analysis, and the real project application and achieved good effect. This paper only lists one of the four other than static pile test data to its high strain detection effect reaction.

在工程樁檢測(cè)中高應(yīng)變動(dòng)力檢測(cè)以其具有的簡(jiǎn)便、快捷、經(jīng)濟(jì)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),越來(lái)越多地在工程中應(yīng)用,但無(wú)論是行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還是地方規(guī)定均要求在可靠的動(dòng)靜對(duì)比分析資料基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行。我公司在工程檢測(cè)中時(shí)常進(jìn)行高應(yīng)變與靜載荷試驗(yàn)的動(dòng)靜比對(duì)分析,現(xiàn)列舉其中4枚試樁進(jìn)行動(dòng)靜對(duì)比分析和總結(jié),完善檢測(cè)方法,提高基樁檢測(cè)水平。

一、試樁簡(jiǎn)介
本試樁工程在中山市東區(qū)略靠近張家邊的一個(gè)工地,場(chǎng)地巖土層依次為雜填土(0.8~1.0m)、粘土(2.1~2.5m)淤泥質(zhì)粉質(zhì)粘土(16.2~18.5m)、粘土(5.0~
8.7m)、粉砂(1.0~1.4m)、粉質(zhì)粘土(6.8~10.7m)、含粘性土角礫(0.8~1.2m)、含礫粉質(zhì)粘土(3.2~4.9m)、強(qiáng)風(fēng)化熔結(jié)凝灰?guī)r(1.5~2.1m),中風(fēng)化熔結(jié)凝灰?guī)r(3.5~4.7m)、微風(fēng)化熔結(jié)凝灰?guī)r,樁端均進(jìn)入中風(fēng)化熔結(jié)凝灰?guī)r。各試樁概況如下表1。
